3-7/8 head pipe gasket, fits flat flange manifolds only.
3-7/8" head pipe gasket-This gasket goes in between the exhaust manifold and the head pipe. It does not fit the ball and socket manifolds.
To determine which gasket to use, measure the distance between the center of the flange bolts. High-perfomrance 340/383/440 engines used a 3-7/8" gasket, while most standard performance engines used a 3-1/2" gasket.
