BFGoodrich has renamed its line of drag radials. "G-Force T/A Radial" is now featured on the sidewall. All tread designs are the same. Drag Radials are compounded exclusively for racers seeking maximum acceleration and control on the strip and off. They feature a proprietary drag racing tread design and compound with a special radial-carcass construction with two full-width steel belts,and the tread crown is stiffened longitudinally and laterally to keep the tread area from distorting under acceleration. These features provide for high-speed stability and control, plus more corning performance while being compatible with radial front tires.
