Dana 60 Sure-Grip kit fits 1972 Trac Lok models.
New Chrysler clutch and steel plate kits allow you to rebuild your existing clutch-type Sure Grip unit. NOTE: In 1972, Dana went from the 4-pinion Powr Lok to the 2-pinion Trac Lok type of differential and the clutches are not interchangeable between the two. The majority of cars equipped with a Dana 60 rear axle have the Powr Lok and use # FD013. The Powr Lok and Trac Lok will interchange between housings so be careful when ordering.
Although instructions are included, we recommend professional installation due to the difficult nature of rear-axle assemblies.
