1964 Dart Dash Wiring Harness.

This harness has the factory style non-adhesive vinyl wrap tape covering the wires. It contains the following: 16 way bulkhead connector attaches to die-cut hole in firewall. 2 way connector with leads to windshield wiper motor. 3 way connector with leads to heater blower switch. 2 way connector with leads to heater blower resistor. Single connector and single terminal with leads to stop lamp switch. Fuse block with fuse clips and correct lettering (does not include fuses). 2 single terminals with leads to door jamb switches. Single connector with lead to cigarette lighter. 2 way connector with leads to turn signal flasher. Circular 11 way connector with key locating tab and leads to printed circuit board on rear of instrument cluster. 2 ring terminals with leads to ammeter gauge. 5 way connector with leads to ignition switch. Single connector with lead to backup lamp switch. 10 way connector with leads to turn signal switch. 7 way connector with leads to headlamp switch. 3 single connectors with leads to windshield wiper switch. 3 way connector with leads to headlight dimmer switch. 2 way connector with leads to dome lamp wiring (does not include socket and wiring assembly). 6 way connector with leads to rear lamp harness.

This is a base dash harness only. Chrysler often added separate wire assemblies (each with its own set of connectors and terminals) under separate part numbers, according to a vehicle's final assembly configuration. This dash harness includes the connectors and leads to various switches and electrical components, but not the switches and components themselves.

Since many of these assemblies are not available, you will have to remove the original assemblies from the old harness and install them on the new one. We recommend laying the old harness side-by-side with the new one in order to isolate the additional wiring components that will need to be transfered to the new harness.
