This cap has a big 5" diameter with 2" between each terminal. This reduces the chance of spark scatter inside the cap and provides a more accurate spark. The rotor has a deep skirt and thick vanes to prevent ionization. A retainer tops off the cap to keep the plug wires firmly attached.
