LH/RH Ram Air III long branch exhaust manifold set for 1969 Firebird models with D-port cylinder heads.







In addition to Ram Air cars, these manifolds will fit any 1967-1969 Firebird models with D-port heads. LH manifold stud configuration: 6 manifold-to-head bolt holes and a 2-bolt exhaust flange (# GM1012). Casting # 9779495-1. RH manifold stud configuration: 6 manifold-to-head bolt holes and a 2-bolt exhaust flange (# GM1012). Casting # 9779494. These manifolds will also fit 1964-1968 Catalina/2+2/Bonneville models and 1969-1970 Grand Prix models with D-port heads (the casting number is only correct for the primary application).

NOTE: To properly mount this manifold on non-Ram Air III engines, the special Ram Air oil filter adapter (# MW440 for 1967-1968 Firebird) must be used in order for the manifold to clear the oil filter. On 1967-1968 Firebird models, the starter wiring (including the positive battery cable) must also be rerouted.
