Pertronix Ignitor electronic ignition kit for 1965-1967 Ford L6 models with thermactor and all 1968-1973 Ford L6 models.
The Ignitor line of products replaces the breaker points in your distributor with a sealed "chip" and a set of magnetic pickups. The chip is resistant to dust, oil and water and provides reliable spark to 6,000 rpm (if a heavy-duty coil is used, the chip will provide spark to 13,000 rpm). On the other end, this system will provide spark down to 1 rpm for fast starts in the morning.
The Ignitor-enhanced distributor looks completely stock, except for one extra wire leading to the coil. This product is discount exempt.
