Hays steel flywheel for 1967-1972 390/427/428/429 V8 models. Neutral-balance for internal balancing.
This flywheels are drilled for both Borg and Beck and long-style clutch patterns. It is precision balanced to the correct specifications depending on application. This flywheel is thicker than stock and may require a bellhousing spacer. Possible interference between the ring gear and bellhousing may occur. It is recommended to check bellhousing clearance. A Lakewood bellhousing will eliminate interference.
