Reproduction kickdown switch for 1969 models with ST-300 and 1969-1972 models with TH-400.
Switch mounts on accelerator pedal bracket. Also used as an air induction switch.
This is a KICK-DOWN switch;therefore when installed on car it sets the upper limits of operation when the accelerator pedal is fully depressed the first time. Once the pedal is released,the switch locks just beyond 50% of it travel so the passing gear or (KICK-DOWN) does not occur before this point .
This product requires a non refundable core cleaning fee. This fee will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
