Rear 1-1/8 tubular hollow sway bar kit for 1964-1972 Cutlass models.
This tubular rear 1-1/8" sway bar offers multiple advantages over the stock rear bar. First, unlike the factory bar, this unit attaches to the rear end housing and chassis crossmember. By using the chassis to stabilize the rear axle as opposed to the opposite control arm, this kit able to minimize deflection as your car is placed under a heavy cornering load. Second, the DSE bar mounts to the chassis with our Swivel-Links allowing free articulation of the bar and eliminating binding through the range of rear suspension travel. The bar comes powdercoated in a high gloss black finish and includes all necessary mounting hardware.
