Lower cowl panel fits 1968-1969 Chevelle models is the complete lower structure assembly, for cowl grille set use part# 0H4510 for models without A/C and part# 0H4511 for models with A/C.

WTP coated - Weld Through Primer (gray) used to prevent corrosion during shipment and storage and also allows for welding without away primer. Other advantages include reduced spatter, lower distortion of panels, superior conductive properties that help minimize high heatzone problems and eliminates corrosion that would form between panels
