1964-1967 GM A-Body Convertible BRP LS conversion Kit use with a 4L60 Automatic Transmission. Use with part # LH8 oil pan kit.
This kit includes frame mounts, engine brackets, transmission mount, crossmember, and hardware and will allow the use of most GM front accessories and GM LH8 oil pan. There is no frame or oil pan modification required and it clears the OEM style steering linkage and PS gear box. Requires no transmission tunnel modifications with the 4L60E with only light stretching of the transmission tunnel for the T-56 6 speed. There are no modifications required to the frame for the A/C compressor. A little smoothing of the edges of the factory steering box is the only modification required. 1964-1967 GTO / Le Mans cars require additional grinding on the power steering box and dimpling of the firewall on the 1964.
