Switch bolts onto the steering column with your existing hardware. Aftermarket. NOTE: In January 1972, GM introduced a seat belt warning system that would "buzz" if the car was started without the seat belt being buckled. This affects all cars built through the end of the 1973 model year. GM consolidated this switch to work on cars equipped with or without the warning system. There will be 3 terminals that remain empty when installed on cars with no warning system.
