Rust-Seal contains a latex coating which makes it resistant to UV light. This makes it an ideal for any job whre you need a simple topcoat. Available in black only. NOTE: Since this product is designed as a topcoat, additional layers of paint will have adhesion problems. If you desire a basecoat, use Rust-Mort ( #s P6950/Q6950 ).
