Detroit Speed and Engineering assembled black powdercoated metal hydroformed subframe for 1968-1974 Nova models with big block engines.
Detroit Speed and Engineering's front subframe is a bolt in replacement for the original stock subframe. This subframe improves the handling and ride quality by utilizing a unique suspension geometry and hydroformed frame rails. The hydroformed frame rails feature strength and stiffness, relatively low weight, and precise quality. It utilizes a coilover spring rated at 525 lb/in, rack and pinion steering, and splined sway bar. Both main and secondary crossmembers are stamped for structural rigidity. This subframe is powdercoated black and is fully assembled. MSO (Manufacture State of Origin) information will be included with each subframe.
