Fiberglass hood for 1970 T/A Challenger models.
This hood features well-detailed underhood frames and airboxes. It is constructed to be the same weight as the original hoods, and will accept original or reproduction hood pins. Gel-coat flat finish. Extra-long steel supports are added into the frame where the hinges attach, preventing the inevitable hood warp that factory hoods developed. This hood will accept the original hinge springs or our reproduction hood springs # A0111C. Steel hood molding with not fit this hood. Will also fit 1971-1974 models, but is not correct.
NOTE: We recommend that the hood springs be used only when the car is displayed with the hood open.Due to the size of this product, it is shipped by truck.
