Don McClair - 1966 Buick Gran Sport

A professed Buick enthusiast, Don McClair has been busy the last few years building some very nice cars. His latest project is this 1966 Gran Sport 2-door post. Don spent the better part of two years working on the car, and the results are fantastic.

Don's GS is powered by a 401-inch nailhead rated at 325 horsepower, with 445 lb.-ft. of twist. Behind the Buick mill is a rebuilt Super Turbine 2-speed automatic. Don upgraded the car in a few areas, including bolting on a quicker ratio steering box, and adding Flowmaster mufflers for a more appropriate exhaust note. We can't wait to see what he builds next.
