What parts from the BRE TA will be eventually available?

Hey There!

First off, I absolutely LOVE the BRE TA! Awesome execution...unfortunately it is a little too rich for my blood at this point.

Anyway, I was wondering which parts, aside from the stuff that is already available, are you guys (Yearone) planning to make available? I am mostly interested in the grill treatment with the Headlights...probably like LED tails too while I am at it. I am wondering if you guys would just sell the front gl bumper with the BRE grills, etc...as a kit and leave the arrowhead indent in there? Or is that something I can have you do for me?

I know right off the bat I am getting the 18x9 gold snowflakes and the flairs...they are the shyt. I would really like the grille treatments, hood bird and LED tails if possible. Oh yea, seats are pretty bad as well!

Very interested!

Thanks,

Dave

Thanks for your interest in the car. We are currently offering the reproduction Formula steering wheels, the engine-turned dash and door panel inserts, the door panels in ABS form, and the nose and rear bumper cover (in the OEM style). To maintain exclusivity, we do not plan on offering the nose in BRE form. Of course, what you do with your own nose is up to you... Seats are from Cerullo and are available also, albeit without the BRE upholstery and embroidery.

The tail lights will probably be available at some point - we're working to get the details in place. At this point each set is more or less handmade, which is expensive and time consuming. In order to offer them we need to streamline the production process, it that's possible!

I must say you guys have done a great job on the bre t/a!

Are you going to be offering any other parts?      I.e. the front windshield, headlights, the improved bird decal, and a conversion kit for the 5spd and shifter?

Also with the mini tub does it require different rear interior panels and seats?

Again great job on the T/A

Hey Guys,

Most of the stuff is located off the YearOne BRE TA main page. I know the wheels, Housing for the touch-screen console addition, bezel, front bumper (stock), and other stuff is a link off the BRE TA main page near the bottom.

Does anybody know if the mini tubs require different interior panels or do the stock ones still work?  And is the front windsheild going to be offered?

I'm in the process of building my own car right now and would like todo the metal work while its still on the rotisserie.

Thanks

Dave

Wodster69,

Take a look at the transmission thread.  I am answering some of these questions there.

Windsheilds are not offered at this time, but might be in the future.
