I just don't get it...no matter what you do to it...not worth over 100K!!!! The car was never a popular model to begin with. How many have you sold? any feedback on the quality of the vehicle from an actual owner? It looks good but no 100K worth of good. Can you make a model that will appeal to the mes?...When you can buy a Mercedes Bens s500 for 98K ( a car made by engineers not home-made mechanics) what is the big fuzz?...I just don't get it!!!

Not popular--your kidding. TRANS AMS ruled in the 70's. Myself I agree with you the price is way to high--should'nt be more than a 100,000 $.

You’re kidding right???? While the cost is up there, and I would rather have this done to the same year Camaro, it wouldn’t matter because I would never be able to afford one.  What you get for this money is one of a limited number of cars with all the new technology and quality of a modern Super Car.  The fact that it is hand made to me is a plus.  The workmanship, time and effort that goes in to a car like this is phenomenal.  The cost of a ground up restoration is the same per hour no matter whether you are restoring a Pinto or 67 Z-28 Camaro.  I am sure that the quality of this hand made car is far superior to a m produced cars, which the Mercedes Bens s500 is a med produced car and the maintenance cost of a Mercedes is ridiculous and I would know as a previous owner of a 580 SL.  In California there is one around every corner.  You can’t say the same about one of these T/A’s.

Yeah its a high price, and yeah you can buy a pretty nice Benz for the same price. But can you actually stand out in the parking lot with all the other Benz, Porshes, and other high priced luxury cars? I agree with MPH. Why buy something everyone else sees everyday? Be different, drive something cool, something fast, and something unique. You cannot go to your local restoration shop and build a BAN3 for anything less than 100k. Not with a 700+ hp LS7, all the upgrades, the labor going into the body work, the hard part of finding a usable body, and have a car that can be daily driven. Not to mention a car you can thrash everytime you leave the redlight. Hell you can't got to any dealership and buy a new car with 700 horsepower for 100k. You won't see a Benz owner raising hell down a country road and blowing the tires off through the first 3 gears. Year One knows how to build a great car, and knows how to build a car that can be driven and driven hard. I go to all of their shows that I can, and every year they keep coming up with new ways to improve on Detroit's old technology.  As soon as I win the lotto, the first thing i am doing is I am driving 45 minutes northeast to Year One's headquarters to pick up my BAN3. The hell with Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and everything else you see at the local Starbucks. I'm rolling in an upgraded piece of American and movie history. The Bandit Trans Am.
