My '74 Olds 455 is needing to be swapped out as its incurring some cracks in the block. I have been looking into the 461's and 462's for a while now and realized thats what were going into these BRE's. Awesome, well anyways, I was wondering where they were purchased from? Straight off the line or what? What about pricing? Im sure they are pretty high up for projects like these, but then again I cant say I need an LS2, 6 or 7! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as Ive been struggling to find any to be honest.
