Notice to manufacturers Midway/Swap Meet/Car Corral Vendors. Please read all information before clicking on registration links at the bottom of this page.

Important: By filling out and returning either the Manufacturers Midway or Swap Meet/Car Corral registration form,
each vendor thereby agrees to comply with the following event guidelines.

All participants in the Manufacturers Midway, Swap Meet, and Car Corral areas who are completing the sale of products or services at Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway are responsible for obtaining Tennessee Sales Tax Vendor Licenses.

• The vendor agrees to obey all laws of Bristol, Tennessee and the state of Tennessee.
  
• The vendor agrees to truthfully represent his merchandise to buyers.
  
• No apparel vendors without prior approval.
  
• Generators are allowed but may only be used with prior approval.
  Subcontracting of your space to another vendor is strictly prohibited. Your rental fee is for your space only.
  No soliciting is allowed outside of your space area.
  
• The vendor must honor all event concession rights. This means no sale of food or beverage will be allowed.
  
• No animals or pets of any kind are allowed by companies or individuals participating in the Manufacturers Midway, Swap Meet or Car Corral areas except for seeing eye dogs.
  
• Camping or staying on the grounds after show hours is allowed with prior approval.
  
• Selling of merchandise (pictures, t-shirts, programs, emblems, etc.) concerning features, celebrities, event name or logo, event dates or facsimile of Bristol Bash are strictly prohibited.
  
• New ASCAP and BMI regulations make it necessary that all exhibitors (including commercial) are prohibited from playing mechanical music (this includes radios, tapes, or discs) for advertising purposes at the show. The vendor is responsible for fines or failure to comply.
  
• Police and security will patrol the grounds area, but it is the responsibility of each vendor to provide security for his own area. Bristol Bash representatives, Year One representatives, management, Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway, management and their agents are not liable for loss or damage to vendor property or injuries to vendor personnel.
  
• The vendor must provide for tables, chairs or any other equipment required.
