Accomplishments: Vietnam-Era Navy Veteran, worked on engines on the flight deck of a carrier. Raced NHRA Super Stock for several years Began at Racing Head Service preparing cylinder heads for NHRA Stock and Super Stock engines, 60% of competitors at national meets used RHS heads. Began the "Mail Order", or "Crate" engine programs, which changed the way engines were marketed. Moved to Research and Development at Comp Cams, coaching a brilliant team of engineers that have helped take valvetrain development to new heights.
