Tom (on the left) and Peter are really good at this TV thing. The dialogue on the show is unscripted, which means the dynamic duo ad-lib the segments entirely. This makes the finished product much more enjoyable, but it's really tough to talk for a couple of minutes off the top of your head without screwing up. These guys are pros.

The camera crew is setting up a lead-in shot that will pan across the pedal car, the gorgeous blue Trans Am, and then to the stars in the background. It will take perhaps a half-hour to set everything up properly, and plan the path the camera is going to take. All this for about three seconds of actual footage!

When the crew gets everything figured out, they will try a couple of practice runs and review the footage on a monitor. The boom the videographer (camera guy) is using maintains the proper camera angle as it pans across the "eye candy" on the set.

While show dialogue is unscripted, the subject matter for each episode is carefully planned in advance. This board is used to keep track of the various segments shown in each episode. The segments are listed down the left side of the board, while the episode number is listed across the top. A very brief description of each segment is written in the squares underneath the appropriate episode.
