1965 LeMans
I purchased the car three years ago for $3,500. The 326 2-bbl was smoking badly, and the body made you seasick, but it had potential. I had the motor professionally rebuilt to specs and added a 4-bbl and dual-exhaust system. The new parts list is quite extensive. Year One helped me here.
I found a body man that had fallen in love with the car (which did not make his boss too thrilled, as he was spending a lot of time on it) and it shows! I painted it the original Burgundy color, and added some Redlines. It still has some work to be done, chrome and top, but a little at a time!
