Alex's car is a numbers-matching 1971 Firebird Formula 400. The only options are
the 4-speed transmission, AM radio, heavy-duty cooling, console and rally gauges.
The Turbo wheels will be replaced with Rally IIs.



The car was originally Castillion Bronze, but the previous owner changed it to black.
Alex will keep it black and plans to change the interior to black as well. The car is largely
disassembled, but he has all of the parts sitting in boxes ready to go back on.



The car came with all the original documentation (window sticker, loan papers, manuals) except
for the build sheet. It will be utilized as Alex's daily driver when he gets it back on the road.



The original 400 has been bored .030" over and has a few speed parts that
Alex will retain to make his morning commute a little more exciting.
