Extent of Restoration: Just short of a frame-off restoration.
Special Comments: Stephen’s car was one of the few ‘69s that was supposed to come with the W23 cast aluminum wheel option. This is the aluminum wheel that was "recalled" by the factory due to the possibility of the lug nuts backing off. As per recall instructions, his car now rests on Magnum 500s.
