1971 Cutlass
My ‘71 SX is a rare piece of Oldsmohistory. In 1971, Olds made 2,177 SX Cutlass Supremes, which included 1,820 coupes and 357 convertibles. The car has a rebuilt 455 with 9.75 pistons and a Mondello performance cam. The car features posi-traction and factory duals with trumpets exiting from the cutout rear bumper. The rebuilt Turbo 400 transmission and shift kit puts the power to the pavement with the Cragar SS mags, 60s in back and 70s up front. The car is painted Wild Strawberry Metallic and the body work was done by Jerry Nagel in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Restoration parts were purchased from Year One. The car is a fun daily driver that I enjoy very much.
